Next Steps

Once you have completed the steps above, take note of a few additional details you will need to know.

Preschool

  1. Submit and Inquiry: Complete this online inquiry form to express interest. 

  2. Confirm Interest & Brightwheel setup: Once interest in confirmed, families will be added to Brightwheel and invited to create a free account to receive enrollment forms and communication. 

  3. Complete the Preschool Application in Brightwheel: Submit the application in Brightwheel

  4.  Application Review and Space Offer: Applications are reviewed in the order received. Families will be notified if a space is available.                                                
  5. Enrollment Confirmation: Pay the registration fee within 10 days of receiving your enrollment email to secure your child’s space.                             
  6. Complete the Enrollment Packet: Submit all required enrollment and licensing forms through Brightwheel by required date. 

K-8

  1. After the application is turned in, our Admissions Coordinator will schedule an appointment for an Entrance Test (1st-8th grade) or a Kindergarten Readiness Screening 

  2. Our front office will schedule a follow-up interview with the Principal to review the screening results

  3. Complete Blackbaud enrollment (link sent through our admissions coordinator)

  4. Pay the registration fee within 10 days of receiving the email to set up a Blackbaud Tuition account

  5. Submit other required paperwork:

  •  Health and Immunization Records

  •  Formal Registration Packet

  •  2 years’ report cards

  •  2 years standardized test results

  •  School Reference form (middle school only)

LCA (Homeschool)

  1. Pay the registration fee within 10 days of receiving the email to set up a Blackbaud Tuition account

  2. The LCA Director will contact you to proceed further
